On 16th of April 2004 ARTEL obtained the certification ISO9001:2000, the certificate of our Quality managerial system.

This certification guarantees to every client about realization modalities of products and about the utility, in order to supply a better qualified service.

WHAT ABOUT CERTIFICATION ISO 9001:2000 (Vision 2000)

The regulation ISO 9001:2000 is an international rule known in all the world and optional.

It regulates the certification of the Quality managerial system of a company, it's not a product certificate.

ISO 9001 rules the way of working of a company and it can be a guarantee for every client about realization of products and supply of service.

RINA Corporation issued the conformity certificate nr. 10747/04 dated 16.04.2004 (renewed on 14.05.2007) referred to: "Design, production, trade, start-up and assistance of products for air treatment, conditioning and pellet stoves."
