On 16th of April 2004 ARTEL obtained the certification ISO9001:2000, the certificate of our Quality managerial system.
This certification guarantees to every client about realization modalities of products and about the utility, in order to supply a
better qualified service.
WHAT ABOUT CERTIFICATION ISO 9001:2000 (Vision 2000)
The regulation ISO 9001:2000 is an international rule known in all the world and optional.
It regulates the certification of the Quality managerial system of a company, it's not a product certificate.
ISO 9001 rules the way of working of a company and it can be a guarantee for every client about realization of products and supply of service.
CERTIFICATION ISO 9001:2000 IN ARTEL
Artel's company adopted the certification ISO 9001 in order to supply a better qualified service and in order to guarantee trasparence about our working's way which can be obtained only from a third corporation.
RINA Corporation issued the conformity certificate nr. 10747/04 dated 16.04.2004 referred to "Planning, production, selling,
installation and assistance of products for treatment, depuration and air conditioning".

Starting from 23rd June 2004, Artel achieved the EUROVENT certification for its most important models of air conditioners.
The certification had been issued from the French EUROVENT CERTIFICATION COMPANY SCRL agency: it is recognized all over the world, it is optional and it is a guarantee for the customers for the quality of the products and the honesty of the technical data.
The Eurovent laboratories test the performances, the consumptions and the acoustic impact of the models, in base of the international ISO rules. So the certification is a guarantee for the customer that all technical data declared by Artel are correct.

STARTING EXPORT DAY
Artel Export Department event of the year!
On Friday 16th January 2004 took place the Starting Export Day.
The aim of the meeting was to present the new products and to plan the targets for the 2004 season.
The evening continued with a dinner in a famous restaurant in the neighbourhood.

A gala evening sponsored by Artel Company and by other important companies in honour of one of the biggest football champions of all times "Roberto Baggio" was celebrated last Monday 10th of May, in Roberto's native city, far 10 Kms from Artel.
Most of important national and private television networks were present at the event, as well as all sports newspapers.
Artel, a special occasion to celebrate and to honour a big champion in a original way.
