on any floor of any building, even in a historic centre, simply taking advantage of a cabinet or a false ceiling:

- because there is no external unit and it doesn’t require installation;
- because it provides condensate discharge;
- thanks to its small dimensions, the condensing unit can be easily replaced if needed.

These features make water based condensers particularly suitable for the air-conditioning of small shops and bars, that are in historic centres, and which have no perimeter walls that can be drilled to enable the passage of air inlet and outlets.

The refrigerant gas cooling and heating system through the use of water is more effective,

compared to those that use air, because water temperature varies less frequently compared to air temperature.

The condensing unit in 24,000 Btu models has a differential pressure water valve wich allows the regulation of the amount of water entering the air-conditioning unit.

It is safe.

Since it is intended for installation inside dwellings, no risks can be taken. The water based condenser is supplied with two safety thermostats, which shutdown the unit when necessary, positioned on the exchanger.
According to the water output quantity and water input pressure, the thermostats can intervene averting damage to the unit and its surroundings.

It's silent.

Discreet in both its size and operation. The absolute silence allows perfect disguise of the condensing unit, even within a cupboard or in a bathroom. You really can forget it's there.

It isn't hampered by extreme temperatures:

the gas-water heat exchanger is insulated by an elastomer that is resistant to the most extreme temperatures.

Only the regular maintenance of the evaporating unit is necessary, in other words the cleaning of filters and the exchanger using a sanifying product. The simple periodic cleaning of the connecting tap filters of the water plant supplied with the machine is advisable.                                                                   back
