An air curtain is a ventilation device used for separating two climate zones.

The air curtains are devices designed to create an air flow with controlled capacity and intensity in proximity of entrance doorways which are frequently opened.

They therefore guarantee controlled room temperature even when doors are open.
Meanwhile the use of air curtains allows a reduction of power consumption as they restrict air dispersion to the outside.
We shouldn't overlook the possibility to use the air curtains as air filters which limit the entry of external air pollutants, such as dust, to domestic and commercial environments.

The direction of the air flow can be regulated to obtain maximum barrier efficiency, thanks to some adjustable fins.

The curtains for small or medium openings can generally be installed at a maximum height of 5,5 mt. The curtains are designed to produce an air-flow velocity of approximately 2 m/s at floor level. To obtain maximum barrier efficiency, install the curtain as close to the opening as possible and cover the entire width of the door, installing more curtains if necessary.
